thoughts and feelings

sometimes i don't feel like talking to anyone...

no one understands....

they bug me and badger until i blow up....

that is just the way my life will be i suppose...

i have no one that i can count on....

life is just not fair....

a mother is supposed to feel loved...

i get told daily by my children that they hate me...

what did i ever do wrong?

  1. If they see you pouting and wallowing in self pity like this, of course they hate it. They are too young to distinguish between hating you and hating how you are acting.

I have looked through your blog and am seriously concerned about your extreme mood swings. Your children are too precious to have their mother being this unstable.

I hope you will consider seeing a therapist and getting help for your obvious issues before your children pay dearly.

I'm sure they love you and I'm sure there are others who do also. But you have to get it together and if you can't do it on your own, get help. Save yourself and your children before they are permantly damaged emotionally.

  2. At one time in my life I would have gone off half cocked over the comment left by the person whose cloaked themselves in anonymity. However, these days I mull over what I want to say before I fly off the handle unless I am writing in my journal. A journal is the perfect place to vent your hopes, dreams, fears and yes....anger.

I do see a Shrink and I am here to tell that my Sister is doing EXACTLY the right thing by venting in her journal. It's better to be done there then bottled in or lashing out. This comes out of the mouth of my Shrink.

What you have stated are opinions and I doubt you have a degree to back them up.

I will give you an opinion of my own....your probably one of her in-laws who only know one side of the story. If not then you haven't read too deeply into her blogs or you'd see that her husband shuns all responsibility and she struggles to keep the house in line, the kids under control, the shopping done ect. Hubby might have a job but she works doubles to save for the new car they need. Anything else i feel I need to say you have read already if you actually did read all the blogs.

You responded to a poem....random thoughts....the words of a over worked tired Mother...

    Back Off....I got this.

I give her constructive criticism to her face when she needs it....what you did was hurtful and cowardly.

    Angel.....The Sister.

Kenzie's day at school

Kenzie got off of the bus screaming, "Mom it snowed!" It was so cute. Then when I got into her backpack, I found her daily sheet with this on it... Kenzie had wrote her name (not perfect but she tried) and a note from the teacher above it saying "INDEPENDENT WRITING-- ONLY VERBAL PROMPTS!" I am so excited for her! We are definately getting somewhere. Then under the teacher comments part, I find... "SHE CAME IN TELLING ME IT WAS SNOWING-- SUPER EXCITED!" I too saw this when she got home! Construction Zone Newsletter Week 2 Dear Family, This week Kenzie will learn about solving problems. Using the topic "Build with Me," we will read stories about building things and working together to solve problems. You can help your child learn more by talking with him/her about things she/he is doing at school and the new letters and words that he/she is learning. Here are some ways that you can work with your child at home. Think and Talk: What did y...

And WINTER is here!

I look out the window to see.... A BLANKET OF SNOW! It is covering my driveway, walkway, yard.... and we are expecting more this week! I think it is safe to say that winter has finally decided to come! Don't get me wrong, snow is pretty, but I don't like it because that means I have to drive in dangerous conditions! I would much rather be driving in tropical storm force winds and rain (I have done this! When all the hurricanes were going through Florida a couple of years ago!). Now on to other things... Saturday: I had a really busy day. I was at work and didn't think it would ever end. Admissions and falls and sending people to the hospital... stabalizing others and stuff that goes on in the health care centers all the time. Sunday: Zach forgot to add me back into the schedule, so I got off at 2pm. Rode home with Maxx since he lives in Jeffersonville and Ryan and the girls were going to be at his house anyway. When we got there we watched a little of the game an...
