As promised...

Hello everyone. Kenzie here. I thought now would be a good time to put another blog in. Mommy doesn't let me on the computer much, but I wanted to share some pictures with all of you. And here I had put all of my barrettes in my hair for Yaya and Pappy. They were comming to see me and I wanted to look "pretty".
We ate dinner after they got here, and Yaya and I did dishes. I have now started helping Mommy do the dishes after we eat everyday. I really like helping Mommy. It is fun! While I was helping Yaya and Mommy paint in the kitchen, Pappy sat in the living room on our new couch (Thank you Aunt Jan) and talked to "Uncle" Maxx and Daddy. My Daddy's friend "Uncle" Maxx came to help arrange furniture and talked to Daddy and Pappy when they were done with the furniture thing while Mommy, Yaya and I painted in the kitchen. Mommy has been looking at samples for the countertops even though she knows it will be a while before she can have them replaced and the ones she has are in good condition so don't have to be replaced, she just doesn't like the color of them, so the marbled looking chip above is what she thinks she wants on the countertops and the solid one is the color of the walls.
Here is a picture of the kitchen after we painted it.
Pic #2.
Pic #3Pic #4And another of the kitchen. Here is a close up of the artwork that Aunt Amanda and Uncle Derrick gave us. Thank you so much it looks great in there! And another one that they sent us.
This is the last one that they sent us, and I think it is Mommy's favorite! She loves that fat chef for some reason!
Angel loves her new toys! She also likes to nap!Well that is all for now. Hope all is well for everyone else!
Love,
Kenzie

Kenzie's day at school

Kenzie got off of the bus screaming, "Mom it snowed!" It was so cute. Then when I got into her backpack, I found her daily sheet with this on it... Kenzie had wrote her name (not perfect but she tried) and a note from the teacher above it saying "INDEPENDENT WRITING-- ONLY VERBAL PROMPTS!" I am so excited for her! We are definately getting somewhere. Then under the teacher comments part, I find... "SHE CAME IN TELLING ME IT WAS SNOWING-- SUPER EXCITED!" I too saw this when she got home! Construction Zone Newsletter Week 2 Dear Family, This week Kenzie will learn about solving problems. Using the topic "Build with Me," we will read stories about building things and working together to solve problems. You can help your child learn more by talking with him/her about things she/he is doing at school and the new letters and words that he/she is learning. Here are some ways that you can work with your child at home. Think and Talk: What did y...

What Your City Walk Means You are thoughtful and contemplative. You enjoy spending time alone with your thoughts. You are generally confident and friendly with strangers. You are well mannered and sociable. Money is very important to you. You like to have lots of nice things... and you don't care if you're being greedy. You are curious about ideas. If you had the means, you'd like to explore the whole world. The City Walk Personality Test

And WINTER is here!

I look out the window to see.... A BLANKET OF SNOW! It is covering my driveway, walkway, yard.... and we are expecting more this week! I think it is safe to say that winter has finally decided to come! Don't get me wrong, snow is pretty, but I don't like it because that means I have to drive in dangerous conditions! I would much rather be driving in tropical storm force winds and rain (I have done this! When all the hurricanes were going through Florida a couple of years ago!). Now on to other things... Saturday: I had a really busy day. I was at work and didn't think it would ever end. Admissions and falls and sending people to the hospital... stabalizing others and stuff that goes on in the health care centers all the time. Sunday: Zach forgot to add me back into the schedule, so I got off at 2pm. Rode home with Maxx since he lives in Jeffersonville and Ryan and the girls were going to be at his house anyway. When we got there we watched a little of the game an...
